Shichiken Stay Regulations
to ensure a refined and harmonious stay for every guest,
the following terms apply to all reservations made through
official and partnered platforms.
1. Registration
All staying guests must complete the guest registration form prior to arrival.
Full legal names and passport numbers are required for all occupants
.A copy or photo of the representative guest’s
passport must be uploaded before check-in.
2. Signature
Please provide an electronic signature in the form,
or a handwritten signature uploaded as a photo.
You may also draw and capture
your signature on a phone note app.
3. Taxes & Fees
All accommodation prices include consumption tax and lodging tax.
No additional charges are required upon arrival.
4. Smoking Policy
For safety and comfort, Shichiken is strictly non-smoking — both indoors and outdoors.
Violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
5. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: before 10:00 AM
Check-out is self-service; staff contact is not required.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
6. Valuables
Please keep personal valuables safe.
Shichiken cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
7. Use of Fire & Equipment
Use of open flames or gas stoves is strictly prohibited.
Provided induction cookers and kettles may be used for light cooking only.
8. Furnishings & Property Care
All items within the premises
— including furnishings, utensils, artworks, and decor — are for in-house use only.
Guests will be charged the actual replacement cost for any item lost or damaged.
9. Photography & Commercial Use
Personal photography is welcome with discretion.
Commercial filming, brand shoots, or redistribution of images without written consent is prohibited.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings follow the cancellation and refund policies
of the platform through which they were made.
For direct reservations with Shichiken:
100% refundable if canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
50% refundable if canceled 13 to 7 days before arrival.
Non-refundable within 6 days of arrival or later.
Cancellations due to personal reasons will be handled in accordance with these terms.
11. Liability & Conduct
Guests are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage.
We reserve the right to refuse service to those who disturb the tranquility of the property.
12. Privacy
All personal data is used solely for the purpose of reservation and communication.
Information is never shared with third parties.
Discretion is part of our hospitality.
13. Check-in Access
Room access code will be sent via email one day prior to your arrival.
Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid delay at check-in.
